Application of RT in Detection of Accumulated Oxide Scales at the Final-stage Superheater
摘 要
火力发电厂汽包炉末级过热器管内壁受热面经常发生氧化皮脱落、堆积、堵塞,由此造成的超温爆管事件一直是电力行业普遍关注的问题。在停炉检修期间,通过射线(RT)检测技术在锅炉末级过热器氧化皮堆积检测中的实际运用,准确地检测出氧化皮脱落和堆积情况,并及时制定相应措施,是防止此类事故发生的最有效手段和方法。
Abstract
Drop,stacking and blocking of the oxide skin always happen in the tube interior wall of thermal power plant heating surface. The resulting over heating and tube rupture attracts a lot of attention in the electric industry.RT technology in the detection of oxide skin stacking can be used in the boiler end superheater during boiler overhaul repair and it would be the most effective approaches and methods to prevent the same accidents. In this way, the condition of the drop and stacking of the oxide skin was detected accurately and corresponding measures could be drawn up timely.
