The Application of Guided Wave Technology in the Smalldiameter Tube Test
摘 要
在规格为60mm×6mm的小径管上加工不同宽度及深度的纵向及周向槽,试验了国产定制导波探头对人工缺陷的检测能力,并将试验结果应用于小径管的内壁腐蚀检测。结果表明:对纵向槽的周向导波检测,其周向检测距离超过管道周长的一半;对周向槽的纵向导波检测,最大检测距离约为250mm;随着槽深的降低,导波检测距离迅速降低;依据试验结果制定了导波对现场小径管内壁腐蚀的检测工艺,现场应用表明,定制的导波探头能够保证小径管上腐蚀坑的有效检出。
Abstract
Longitudinal and circumferential grooves were processed on the smalldiameter tube gauge of 60mm×6mm, which was tested by using domestic guided wave transducer. The results show that the detectable distance is about half circumference on using circumferential guided wave to test longitudinal groove and about 250mm while using longitudinal guided wave to test circumferential groove. The detectable distance decreases rapidly with the decrease of the groove depth. Based on the test results, the test procedures were established for field testing and were actually implemented. The results show that the domestic guided wave transducer can detect the etch pit effectively.
