Digital Radiography Ⅲ: The Approximate Design of the Testing Technical Classification
摘 要
对于任何检测工作, 检测图像质量设计也就是技术级别设计。检测图像质量设计, 是对于要求检验的缺陷确定检测图像质量应达到对比度和不清晰度。对比度可按射线检测技术建立的检测图像上缺陷显示与像质计显示关系完成, 不清晰度可按采样定理完成。给出了气孔缺陷检验技术级别设计的具体处理。
Abstract
For any testing problem, the design of the testing technical classification is just the design of the testing image quality. The design of the testing image quality determines mainly the necessary achieve contrast and unsharpness of the image upon the expectant detective flaw. The contrast value can be designed on the established correlation in radiology between flaw imaging and IQI imaging. The unsharpness value must be designed on the sampling theorem. A practice designing procedure of testing technical classification was given for detection of gashole flaw.
