X-ray Detection of the Fillet Weld of Tube-Tube Sheet in Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger
摘 要
通过使用192Ir探伤机小焦点放射源, 利用拥有专利自主知识产权的自制曝光头装置将放射源由源机中送出, 经过补偿块中心圆柱孔定位器到达管中既定位置, 采用向后透照的方式进行检测, 从而实现管子-管板的角焊缝检测成像, 保证了换热器管子-管板角焊缝的品质, 在透照室外进行检测操作, 减少了探伤操作人员的辐射剂量。
Abstract
Testing of the tube and tube sheet fillet weld was realized by using 192Ir source with small focus. The source was sent to the required location through the central cylindrical hole locator by self-made exposure head device. The test was carried out using backward transillumination manner and the image of the fillet weld could be obtained. The test could ensure the quality of tube-tube sheet fillet weld of heat exchanger and the risk of the operators subjected with radiation dose was greatly reduced because the test was carried in outdoors.
