Application of Digital Imaging Detection Technology for Magnesium Alloy Casting Cylinder
摘 要
将X射线数字成像(DR)技术应用于某型号镁合金筒体质量检测。通过对铸造筒体数字成像检测工艺分析,确定了检测参数,使筒体检测灵敏度、分辨率接近或达到X射线底片检测的水平,能检出筒体疏松、气孔、夹渣、裂纹、偏析等铸造缺陷,实现铸造筒体的无损检测和评价,同时每个筒体检测时间由原来常规底片法的4 h缩短到0.5 h,加快了批产进度,降低了检测人员工作强度。
Abstract
The X-ray digital real-time imaging technology was applied in magnesium alloy casting cylinder quality detection. The detection sensitivity and resolution of real-time imaging can reach that of traditional radiography technology with the suitable technology parameters. The casting flaws can be detected and measured by the real-time imaging technology,such as porosity,blowhole,slag inclusion,crack,segregation,and so on. The detection time can be shortened from four hours to half an hour,the cost saved and working strength reduced.
