Influencing Factors of Corrosion Rate of Cr13 Steel in CO2 Saturated Solution
摘 要
利用极化曲线和失重法, 研究了H2S、Cl-、温度等因素对Cr13钢在饱和CO2介质中腐蚀行为的影响。试验表明, 在50 ℃、Cl-浓度为50 g/L时, 随溶液中H2S含量增加, Cr13钢自腐蚀电流密度增大, 钢的腐蚀速率上升, 腐蚀受阴极浓差极化控制。50 ℃, H2S浓度为0.06 mol/L时, 当Cl-浓度低于50 g/L时, 随着Cl-浓度增加, Cr13钢腐蚀速率上升;当Cl-浓度高于50 g/L时, 随Cl-浓度增加, Cr13钢的腐蚀速率下降。在H2S浓度为0.06 mol/L, Cl-浓度为50 g/L时, 随温度升高, Cr13钢腐蚀速率增加。
Abstract
Effects of Cl- concentration, H2S concentration and temperature in the CO2 saturated solution on the corrosion rate of Cr13 steel were studied by potentiodynamic polarization and weight loss method. The results showed that, the corrosion rate and corrosion current density of Cr13 steel at 50 ℃ increased with increasing the H2S content in solution with 50 g/L Cl-. And, at 50 ℃ and in H2S concentration of 0.06 mol/L, when Cl- concentration was below 50 g/L, the corrosion rate increased with increasing the concentration of Cl-. When the concentration of Cl- was above 50 g/L, the corrosion rate decreased with increasing the Cl- concentration. When of the concentration H2S and Cl- was 0.06 mol/L and 50 g/L respectively, the corrosion rate increased with increasing temperature.
