Influence of Ratio of Ca2+/HCO-3 on CO2 Corrosion
摘 要
研究了20#钢半浸在65 ℃, 通入0.1 MPa压力的CO2气体, 含两种K值(K=Ca2+/HCO3-)的模拟油气田产出水中, 以及悬挂在该产出水气相中的腐蚀行为。结果表明, 在K值为193(高K值)下的平均腐蚀速率小于在K值为87(低K值)下的平均速率, 而高K值下的局部扩展速率高于低K值下的局部扩展速率, 表明K值是影响CO2腐蚀的重要参数之一。
Abstract
The CO2 corrosion behaviors of 20# steel half-immersed in simulated oilfield produced waters were studied. The waters with two K values (K is ratio of Ca2+/HCO3-) were aerated with 0.1 MPa CO2 gas at 65 ℃. The results showed that the average corrosion rate of the samples with K=193 was lower than that with K=87, but the localized corrosion rate of the samples with K=193 was higher than that with K=87, indicating that the K value is one of the key parameters infuencing the CO2 corrosion.
