Corrosion Behaviors of Ultra-high Strength Steel 40CrNi2Si2MoVA in Submerged Zone of Simulated Seawater
摘 要
采用全浸腐蚀试验方法研究了40CrNi2Si2MoVA超高强钢在模拟海水全浸区的腐蚀行为。采用SEM观察腐蚀形貌, 用Tafel极化曲线研究电化学性能, 结果表明, 该材料在海水全浸区的腐蚀是从点蚀开始, 直至全面腐蚀; 随着腐蚀的进行, 自腐蚀电位有负移的趋势, 自腐蚀电流有增大的趋势。
Abstract
The corrosion behaviors of ultra-high strength steel 40CrNi2Si2MoVA in submerged zone of simulated seawater were investigated by full immersion tests. The morphology of corrosion products was observed by SEM. Electrochemical property was tested by polarization curves. The results showed that the corrosion process began with pit corrosion, the corrosion area increased and the uniform corrosion formed with the increase of corrosion time. The corrosion potential decreased and the corrosion current increased with the corrosion time.
