Corrosion Behaviors of L360 Steel in Vapor and Liquid Phases Containing H2S/CO2
摘 要
通过动态失重法研究了不同温度和压力对L360钢在高压H2S/CO2环境中的气液两相腐蚀影响, 并通过添加缓蚀剂研究了缓蚀剂对液相腐蚀的缓蚀作用。结果表明, 随着温度的升高, 气相腐蚀逐渐降低, 而液相腐蚀逐渐增大。随着H2S、CO2分压的增大, 气液两相的腐蚀速率均变大。缓蚀剂的加入使得腐蚀速率大为降低。
Abstract
The corrosion behavior of L360 steel in vapor and liquid phases containing H2S/CO2 was studied by dynamic weight loss method.The inhibition performance in liquid phase was studied by adding inhibitors.The results showed that as the temperature rised, the corrosion rate in vapor phase decreasd and in liquid phase increasd. As the partial pressure of H2S and CO2 increased, the corrosion rate in vapor and liquid phases both increased. The addition of inhibitors reduced greatly the corrosion rate.
