Electrochemical Synthesis and Anticorrosion Property of Poly-aniline Doped with Ni2+
摘 要
采用循环伏安法在不锈钢表面电化学合成了掺杂态聚苯胺膜, 采用极化曲线法和电化学阻抗法研究了掺杂态聚苯胺膜的耐腐蚀性及其影响因素。结果表明, 在3.5%NaCl溶液中, 不锈钢表面覆盖掺杂态聚苯胺膜以后, 腐蚀电位比纯聚苯胺膜时提高, 其抗腐蚀能力增强; 并且电解液中各组分浓度的不同对掺杂态膜的抗腐蚀能力有影响。选定适宜的苯胺、硫酸镍和硫酸的浓度, 将会得到抗腐蚀能力好的掺杂态聚苯胺膜。
Abstract
Poly-aniline doped with Ni2+ was prepared on the stainless steel by cyclic voltammetry(CV) method. The corrosion performance and influencing factors were investigated by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The results showed that in 3.5% NaCl solution the poly-aniline doped with Ni2+ had good corrosion resistance. The corrosion potential shifted toward the positive direction. The corrosion resistance of the composite film was influenced by the concentrations of aniline, sulfuric acid and Ni2+, the poly-aniline doped with Ni2+ would have the best corrosion resistance with proper concentrations.
