Electrochemical Study on Impact of AC on Cathodic Protection Potential for X70 Steel
摘 要
针对目前交流电对埋地管道造成的干扰腐蚀越来越严重的情况, 通过电化学试验建立了确定交流干扰腐蚀下阴极保护电位范围和最小保护电位的方法。试验结果表明, 在没有交流干扰时, 传统的阴极保护系统的保护电位判据(如极化电位-770 mVSCE(-850 mVCSE))是有效的, 但是当存在交流干扰影响时, 阴极保护系统的最小保护电位负移了。在本试验条件下, 土壤模拟溶液中X70钢的最小保护电位推荐为交流干扰电压较小时在-815 mVSCE左右, 交流干扰电压较大时在-835 mVSCE左右。
Abstract
The application of the traditional criteria for cathodic protection of X70 steel in the presence of AC interference was studied, and the method to determine the scope of the cathodic protection potential and the smallest cathodic protection potential was established. The results show that the traditional cathodic protection criteria was valid with no AC interference, but when there was AC interference the lowest protection potential was negativelu shifted. It is suggested that under the experimental conditions the smallest cathodic protection potential of X70 steel at a smaller AC voltage was -815 mVSCE, while at a larger Al valtage -835 mVSCE around.
