Influencing Factors of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy MAO Film Properties
摘 要
采用新型双端脉冲电源在大面积镁合金 AZ91D 上制备微弧氧化膜, 研究了电源电压、占空比和电流密度对微弧氧化膜性能的影响。结果表明, 微弧氧化膜的厚度随电压、电流密度和占空比的升高而增厚。氧化膜的结构和形貌随电源参数的变化而变化, 氧化膜上的孔隙和裂缝会随着电压和占空比的升高而增多。盐雾试验表明随占空比、电流密度和电压增加, 氧化膜的耐腐蚀性均减弱。
Abstract
Micro-arc oxidation (MAO) process was carried out on AZ91D alloy using an alternative double-pulse power source with different parameters. The effects of voltage, duty cycle and current density on the coatings were studied. The results show that the thickness of coatings increased with the increase of voltage , duty cycle and current density. The structure and morphology of the coatings also depended on voltage and duty cycle. The coatings became more porous and cracked with increasing the voltage and duty cycle. The salt-spray testing results indicated that the corrosion resistance of the films was weakened as the duty cycle, current density and voltage increased.
