Corrosion Behaviour of 2Cr13 Stainless Steel in CO2-saturated NaCl Solution in Presence of Acetic Acid
摘 要
采用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱等电化学测试方法, 和扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等物理检测方法, 研究了乙酸(HAc)对2Cr13不锈钢在60 ℃下CO2饱和的3% NaCl溶液中腐蚀行为的影响, 并讨论了腐蚀机理。研究表明, HAc能够直接在电极表面还原, 并能促进腐蚀产物FeCO3的形成和溶解, HAc的存在同时加速了金属上的阴极反应和阳极反应, 极大促进了2Cr13不锈钢的局部腐蚀和全面腐蚀的发生。
Abstract
The effect of acetic acid on corrosion behaviour of 2Cr13 stainless steel in CO2-saturated 3% NaCl solution at 60 ℃ was investigated by using polarization curves, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Corrosion mechanism was discussed. With the addition of acetic acid in the solution, both cathodic and anodic reaction rates increase remarkably. It is attributed to the fact that acetic acid adsorbed on electrode surface can be reduced directly by electrochemical reaction, and facilitate the formation and dissolution of ferrous carbonate due to the decrease of solution pH. Acetic acid enhances both localized corrosion and general corrosion attack on 2Cr13 stainless steel.
