Influence Factors of Cathodic Protection Current Density Values in Oilfield Wastewater
摘 要
在阴极保护设计中, 保护电流密度的取值是个十分重要的参数。实践证明, 电流密度取值的影响因素比较多。为了找出液体环境中阴极保护电流密度的影响因素, 采用电化学综合测试仪器, 研究了温度、pH、极化程度四个因素对电流密度取值的影响。结果表明, 溶液温度、pH、极化程度是影响电流密度取值的主要因素。
Abstract
In cathodic protection (CP) design, the current density value is a very important parameter. It is proved that there are many factors affecting the current density value. In order to find out influencing factors of CP current density value in liquid media, a batch of experiments were carried out using Parstat 2273 electrochemical system in lab. The influences of temperature, pH and cathodic polarization level on CP current density value were studied, respectively. The testing results show that temperature, pH and cathodic polarization level are major factors for the current density value.
