Design and Application of Polyurethane/Polyurea Protective Coating and Its Applicationto Surface Protection of Concrete
摘 要
利用聚氨酯与聚脲的协同作用,制备了聚氨酯/聚脲混凝土复合防护层,达到了提高防护层性能和界面粘结强度的目的。同时,研究了复合防护层的力学性能、附着力、耐腐蚀性、抗冲击性、离子渗透性和抗冻性等性能。结果表明,聚氨酯/聚脲复合防护层具有优异的物理、化学性能,能够为混凝土构筑物提供很好的防护。
Abstract
Based on synergistic effect of polyurethane and polyurea,a new kind of concrete composite protectivecoating was prepared,which can improve the performance of coating and the adhesion strength of interface.At thesame time,the physical and chemical properties of the protective coating such as mechanical properties,adhesion,corrosion resistance,impact resistance,ion permeability and freezing resistance were analyzed.The results show thatthe concrete protective coating has good physical and chemical properties,provides good protection to concrete.
