Effect of Preaging on Textures of Al-Mg-Si-Cu Alloy Sheets
摘 要
采用电子背散射衍射技术分析了铝镁硅铜合金板材在固溶处理后再经不同预时效处理后的织构变化, 研究了预时效工艺对合金板材织构的影响。结果表明: 经不同预时效处理后合金中织构的类型基本不变, 而取向密度发生了变化; 自然时效处理后出现很弱的立方、弱的黄铜B、R/S及大压下量时特有的Q织构; 经150 ℃×5 min预时效处理后, 存在很强的G、Q及R/S织构; 经150 ℃×30 min预时效处理后, 则出现较强的立方(偏转)及Q织构。
Abstract
The texture changes of Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy sheets which had been preaging treatment after solution were analyzed by means of electron back scattering diffraction (EBSD), the influence of preaging process on the alloy sheets texture was studied. The results show that the texture types basically unchanged and the density of texture changed in the alloys after different preaging treatments. Some texture components appeared such as very weak cube, weak brass B, R/S and the specific Q orientation occurred during rolled at a large reduction with natural aging treatment. Some texture components occurred including very strong G orientation, Q and R/S orientation when preaging at 150 ℃ for 5 min. Some texture components turned up including strong cube (deflection) and Q orientation when preaging at 150 ℃ for 30 min.
