Study Advances of Ceramic Materials Used for Artifical Hip Joint
摘 要
最早用于制造人工髋关节的陶瓷材料是氧化铝陶瓷, 由于其不仅具有高硬度、高弹性模量、高强度和优良的耐磨性, 而且还具有良好的生物相容性, 因此愈来愈受到大家的关注。陶瓷属于硬脆材料, 抗拉强度低, 陶瓷髋关节的破碎风险很高, 为此人们做了大量的工作来改善氧化铝陶瓷的物理性能;几十年的临床实践证明, 氧化铝陶瓷髋关节是目前最稳定的人工髋关节, 具有很大的发展潜力。
Abstract
The earlist ceramic material used for making artifical hip joint was alumina ceramic, people pay more and more attention to it for its high hardness, excellent elastic modulus, great strength, good wear resistance and well biocompatibility. Ceramics are hard and brittle materials, which had low tension strength, and the fracture risk is very high, so a lot of work had been done to improve the physical properties of alumina ceramic. Pratical using in clinic for several decades, it had been proved that alumina ceramic hip joint is the most stable artificial hip joint so far, and has great development potential.
