Fatigue Performance of Fracture Split Connecting Rod Made of Non Quenched and Tempered Steel
摘 要
对国产非调质钢涨断连杆的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析;并对连杆进行了疲劳试验, 采用SAFL数据处理方法研究了其疲劳性能, 观察了疲劳断口; 根据连杆工况评估了其在使用时的安全系数。结果表明: 涨断连杆用钢的成分和力学性能均符合德国C70S6钢的相关指标要求, 该连杆的疲劳性能及安全性均可满足使用要求, 并具有足够的安全裕度。
Abstract
The microstructure and mechanical properties of the domestic fracture split connecting rod made of non quenched and tempered steel were analyzed. Fatigue test of the rod was carried out. The fatigue performance was studied by SAFL data processing method. The fatigue fracture was observed. Finally, the safety coefficient of application for connecting rod was assessed. The results show that the composition and mechanical properties of fracture split connecting rod could meet the relative idex demands of Germany C70S6 steel. The fatigue performance and safety of the fracture split connecting rod made of non quenched and tempered steel can satisfy application demands, its safety margin was enough.
