Effect of Heat Working Technology on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of TC11 Titanium Alloy
摘 要
分析了常规锻造和特种锻造工艺及不同热处理工艺对TC11钛合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:特种锻造后得到的锻态组织为少量球状α相、细板条α相与β相构成的网篮组织, 热处理后的力学性能明显高于常规锻造的;钛合金经特种锻造结合高温均匀化与双重退火处理可得到由12%(体积分数)左右球状初生α相、一定宽长比条状初生α相和β相组成的网篮组织, 可使其获得良好的强韧性匹配。
Abstract
The microstructure and mechanical properties of TC11 titanium alloy after general and special forging and different heat treatment processes were analyzed. The results show that basket weave microstructure constituted of a small amount of equiaxed α phase, thin lath α phase and β phase could be got after special forging, and the mechanical properties were obviously superior to that of general forging. Basket weave microstructure which was made up of 12vol% equiaxed α phase, lath α phase and β phase with a ratio of width and length could be got in TC11 titanium alloy by special forging combining with high temperature homogenization and double annealing treatment, and the excellent strength and toughness were got.
