Cracking Reason of Casings during Hydrostatic Test
摘 要
通过宏观形貌和显微组织观察、化学成分分析和断口分析等方法, 对两根套管在静水压试验过程中发生爆裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 套管发生纵向爆裂的原因是热处理工艺参数选择不合理, 导致管体内表面存在淬火裂纹, 致使套管在静水压试验中因不能承受压力过载而发生爆裂。
Abstract
The cracking reason of two casings during hydrostatic test was analyzed by means of macrograph and microstructure observation, chemical composition analysist and fracture analysis,et al. The results show that the reason of the casings longitudinal cracking was improper heat treatment process parameters, which resulted in the quenching cracks appeared on the inner surface of casings, and the quenching cracks led to the casings could not endure pressure overload during hydrostatic test.
