Effect of TiC Content and Sintering Process on Sintering Properties of AlN-SiC Composite Ceramics
摘 要
以AlN和TiC粉为原料, 采用热压烧结工艺制备AlN-TiC复相陶瓷, 研究了TiC含量、烧结工艺对复相陶瓷烧结性能的影响。结果表明: 在烧结过程中复相陶瓷没有新相生成, 由AlN和TiC两相组成; 在1 900 ℃下烧结1 h后, 可以制备出致密的A1N-TiC复相陶瓷, 其相对密度达到了99%以上, TiC的加入量对复相陶瓷的烧结性能无影响。
Abstract
Taking AlN and TiC as raw materials, the AlN-TiC composite ceramics were prepared by hot pressing sintering process, and the effects of TiC content and sintering process on sintering properties of AlN-SiC composite ceramics were studied. The results show that the composite ceramics didn′t generate new phase and consisted of AlN and TiC phases during sintering. The compact composite ceramics could be prepared after sintering at 1 900 ℃ for 1 h, the relative density reached more than 99% and the TiC content had no effect on sintering properties of the composite ceramics.
