Development of Ultrasonic Assisted Soldering Technique
摘 要
综述了超声波辅助钎焊金属材料、陶瓷材料及铝基复合材料的研究进展, 介绍了超声辅助钎焊工艺对钎焊接头性能及显微组织的影响, 重点分析了钎焊过程中超声波对基体表面状态的作用、超声波辅助钎焊连接机理, 对超声波辅助钎焊技术今后的发展进行了展望。
Abstract
The development of ultrasonic assisted soldering of metals, ceramics and aluminum metal matrix composites is summarized. And the effect of ultrasonic assisted soldering technology on the properties and microstructure of soldering joints is introduced. The action of ultrasound on the surface of base metal and the joint mechanism of ultrasonic soldering are analyzed emphatically.The prospect of ultrasonic assisted soldering technique is forecast.
