Fracture Toughness of Domestic X100 High Strength Linepipe Steel with Different Thicknesses
摘 要
采用裂纹尖端张开位移(CTOD)试验对不同厚度X100管线钢的断裂韧性进行了研究, 探讨了试样厚度对断裂韧性特征值δ0.2的影响。结果表明: 厚度为12, 10, 8 mm的X100管线钢的断裂韧性特征值δ0.2分别为0.323, 0.267, 0.265 mm; 对管线钢进行CTOD测试时, 所取试样的厚度应与实际钢管的壁厚相当。
Abstract
The fracture toughness of X100 linepipe steel with different thicknesses was studied by crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) test, and the effect of the sample thickness on crack initiation value δ0.2 was discussed. The results show that crack initiation value δ0.2 of X100 linepipe steel with thicknesses of 12,10,8 mm were 0.323,0.267,0.265 mm, respectively. The thickness of the sample used during CTOD testing should be equivalent with the wall thickness of actual steel pipe.
