Friction and Wear Properties of a Cr-Ni Alloy Prepared by Powder Metallurgy before and after Heat Treatment
摘 要
用粉末冶金工艺(25 MPa冷静压成型, 1 200 ℃烧结20 min)制备了一种铬镍合金, 然后对其进行热处理(1 259 ℃×1 h+1 080 ℃×1 h炉冷), 对热处理前后合金的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明: 热处理能够显著提高合金的摩擦磨损性能, 降低摩擦因数对温度的敏感性。
Abstract
A Cr-Ni alloy was prepared by powders metallurgy process (25 MPa cold isostatic pressing, 1 200 ℃×20 min sintering)and then was heat treated (1 259 ℃×1 h+1 080 ℃×1 h, furnace cooling), and its friction and wear properties before and after heat treatment were studied. The results show that the heat treatment could increase the friction and wear properties of the tested alloy and decrease the sensibility of friction coefficient temperature.
