ICP-AES Determination of Vanadium in Ammonium Metavanadate
摘 要
用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法对偏钒酸铵中钒含量进行测定。样品经50 g·L-1草酸溶液溶解,选择310.230 nm的谱线作为测定钒的分析线。钒的质量浓度在50 mg·L-1以内与其发射强度呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.02 mg·g-1。方法用于偏钒酸铵样品分析,测定结果略高于滴定法测定结果。加标回收率在99.8%~101.8%之间,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于0.3%。
Abstract
ICP-AES was applied to the determination of vanadium in ammonium metavanadate. The sample was dissolved with 50 g·L-1 oxalic acid solution, and the spectral line of 310.230 nm was selected as analytical spectral lines for V. Linear relationship between values of spectral line intensity and mass concentration of V was kept in the range within 50 mg· L-1, with detection limit (3S/N) of 0.02 mg·g-1. The proposed method was used in the analysis of two ammonium metavanadate samples, the results obtained by the present method were a little higher than those obtained by titrimetry. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 99.8%-101.8%, with values of RSD (n=5) less than 0.3%.
