GC Determination of Residual Solvents in Cigarette Packaging Materials with HS-SPME
摘 要
提出了顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法测定卷烟包装材料中常用溶剂的方法。为使固相微萃取达到更高的效率,选用75 μm CAR/PDMS的固相微萃取头,萃取温度及时间为100 ℃和40 min,解吸温度及时间为200 ℃和10 min。用DB-1石英毛细管色谱柱分离,火焰离子化检测器检测。方法的加标回收率在79%~92%之间,相对标准偏差(n=7)在4.2%~5.8%之间。
Abstract
GC with headspace-solid phase micro-extraction (HS-SPME) was applied to the determination of residual amounts of commonly used solvents in cigarette packaging materials. To attain a higher efficiency in SPME, the 75 μm CAR/PDMS fiber as coating was selected for the micro-extractor, the extraction was carried out at 100 ℃ for 40 min, and desorption was carried out at 200 ℃ for 10 min. The analyte were separated on DB-1 quartz capillary column and detected by flame ionization detector. Tests for recovery were made by standard addition method, the results of recovery obtained were ranged from 79% to 92%, with RSD′s (n=7) in the range of 4.2%-5.8%.
