ICP-AES Determination of 9 Metal Elements in Biochemical Samples
摘 要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定生化样品中钙、铜、铁、钾、镁、锰、钠、磷和锌等9种金属元素的含量。0.100 0 g试样用250 g·L-1四甲基氢氧化铵溶液1.0 mL于微波消解仪的聚四氟乙烯密封罐中,在100 ℃消解1 h,所得消解液用盐酸(10+90)溶液定容至10 mL。方法的检出限(3s/k)在0.003~0.11 mg·L-1之间。方法用于多个标准样品的分析,此方法的测定值与认定值相一致。
Abstract
Nine elements, i.e., Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, P and Zn, in biochemical samples were determined by ICP-AES. The sample was digested in a sealed PTFE vessel at 100 ℃ for 1 h with 1.0 mL of 250 g·L-1 tetramethylammonium hydroxide. The sample solution obtained was made up to 10 mL with HCl (10+90) solution. Values of detection limit (3s/k) of the method found were in the range of 0.003-0.11 mg·L-1. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of several CRM′s, the results obtained were found to be in consistency with the certified values.
