ICP-AES Determination of Ti, Al, Si, P, Cu and Mn in Ferro-titanium
摘 要
提出了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钛铁中钛、铝、硅、磷、铜和锰元素的含量。选择盐酸-硝酸-水(3+1+4)溶液及硫酸(5+95)溶液溶解样品,选择波长为336.121,394.403,251.612,177.499,327.396,257.610 nm的6条谱线依次作为测定钛﹑铝﹑硅、磷﹑铜和锰的分析线;上述6种元素的检出限(3s/k)依次为0.006,0.01,0.008,0.1,0.005,0.001 mg·L-1。方法用于钛铁标准样品分析,测定值与认证值相一致,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=9)在0.25%~10%之间。
Abstract
An ICP-AES method for the determination of Ti, Al, Si, P, Cu and Mn in ferro-titanium was proposed. The sample was dissolved with mixed solutions of HCl-HNO3-H2O (3+1+4) and H2SO4 (5+95) solution. The wavelengths of 336.121, 394.403, 251.612, 177.499, 327.396, 257.610 nm were selected as analytical lines for determination of Ti, Al, Si, P, Cu and Mn respectively. Values of detection limit (3s/k) of the 6 elements found were 0.006, 0.01, 0.008, 0.1, 0.005 and 0.001 mg·L-1 respectively. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of standard samples, and the results obtained were agreed with the certified values. Values of RSD′s (n=9) were found in the range of 0.25%-10%.
