GC Determination of Phthalates as Plasticizer in Disposable Plastic Cups by Liquid-Liquid Extraction
摘 要
取一次性塑料杯中盛装液(200 mL),用三氯甲烷(10 mL)萃取3次,所得萃取液经无水硫酸钠干燥后供气相色谱仪分析。用SE-54色谱柱,采用程序升温方式进行分离,用火焰离子化检测器测定。5种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的质量浓度均在0.50~50.0 mg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.001~0.01 mg·L-1之间。结果表明:盛装不同的对象,邻苯二甲酸酯的溶出量不同,以盛装可乐和苏打水时溶出量较高;以水作为盛装液时,通过正交试验得出,水温100 ℃,盛装40 min时,一次性塑料水杯中邻苯二甲酸酯的溶出量最大。
Abstract
The liquid (200 mL) contained in disposable plastic cup was taken and extracted with CHCl3 (10 mL) and the extract was used for GC analysis, using SE-54 chromatographic column for separation with programmed temperature elevation. FID was used in the determination. Linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of 5 phthalates were found in the same range of 0.50-50.0 mg·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N) in the range of 0.001-0.01 mg·L-1. It was found that the contents of phthalates dissolved from disposable plastic cups were obviously different with the kinds of liquid contained in it; the higher contents of phthalates were obtained with coke and soda water contained in the cup. As shown by the results of orthogonal experiment, highest contents of phthalates were obtained when the plastic cups were filled with water at 100 ℃ and kept for 40 min.
