HPLC Determination of 6 Additives of Limited Quantities in Cosmetics with Dispersive Extraction
摘 要
以乙腈-丙酮(50+50)混合溶液为萃取剂,麦麸粉为分散剂对化妆品样品中防腐剂和抗氧化剂等6种限量物质进行分散萃取,提取液供高效液相色谱仪二极管阵列检测器测定。选用Inertsil ODS-sp C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)作为固定相,用甲醇和pH 3.5乙酸铵溶液以不同比例混合的溶液作为流动相进行梯度淋洗。在优化的试验条件下,6种化合物的质量浓度在0.20~100 mg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,方法检出限(3S/N)在0.004~0.015 mg·kg-1之间。用标准加入法测得回收率在85.4%~113%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)在1.1%~6.9%之间。
Abstract
Six substances of limited quantities, i.e., preservatives and anti-oxidant in cosmetics were extracted by dispersive extraction with acetonitrile-acetone (50+50) mixture as solvent and wheat bran powder as dispersant. The extract was used for HPLC analysis, with DAD for detection. Inertsil ODS-sp C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used as stationary phase and mixtures of methanol and ammonium acetate solution of pH 3.5 with different mixing ratio were used as mobile phase in the gradient elution. Under the optimized conditions, linear relationships between values of peak area and mass concentration of the 6 compounds were kept in the same range of 0.20-100 mg·L-1, with detection limits (3S/N)in the range of 0.004-0.015 mg·kg-1. Values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range of 85.4%-113% with RSD′s (n=5) in the range of 1.1%-6.9%.
