Effects of Solution Treatment Process on Mechanical Properties of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 and 06Cr18Ni11Ti Stainless Steel
摘 要
通过对两种奥氏体不锈钢022Cr17Ni12Mo2和06Cr18Ni11Ti进行不同工艺的固溶处理, 研究了固溶温度、保温时间及冷却方式对两种不锈钢材料的抗拉强度Rm、规定非比例延伸强度Rp0.2和Rp1.0以及伸长率A的影响规律。结果表明: 相比于空冷,采用水冷方式有利于提高两种不锈钢材料的强度, 而冷却方式对两种不锈钢伸长率的影响不明显; 随着固溶温度的升高和保温时间的延长, 总体上两种不锈钢材料的强度降低, 伸长率增加。
Abstract
Effects of solution temperature, holding time and cooling manners on tensile strength Rm, non-proportional extension proof strength Rp0.2 and Rp1.0 and elongation ratio A of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 and 06Cr18Ni11Ti austenite stainless steel were investigated by solution treating these two kinds of stainless steel with different process. The results show that water cooling manner was propitious to increase the strength of the two kinds of stainless steel comparing to air cooling manner, and cooling manners had little effect on the elongation ratio. With the increase of solution temperature and extending of holding time, strength of the two kinds of stainless steel decreased, and elongation ratio increased.
