Analysis on Morphology Characters of Fuse Overload Residuum of Knife Switch
摘 要
利用火灾痕迹物证综合实验台制备了熔丝在下属电路不同过负荷条件下的残留物, 用扫描电子显微镜对熔丝残留物形貌特征进行了观察和分析。结果表明: 在不同的过负荷条件下, 电流越大, 熔丝残留物表面氧化物越多, 断口处的韧窝越大、越深。
Abstract
The integrated experimental system of material evidence for fire trace was used to make fuse residuum by simulating different degree of overload. The scanning electron microscope was utilized to observe and analyze the morphology characters of fuse overload residuum. The results indicate that in the different degree of the overload, the larger the current is ,the more the amount of the oxide on the surface of fuse residuum is; the larger the current is ,the bigger and deeper the dimple of fuse residuum is.
