Effects of Short-time Overtemperature on Material Microstucture and Properties of Low-temperature Reheater
摘 要
某电厂1号锅炉的低温再热器发生了短时超温,通过对超温严重部位取样进行金相检验、室温和高温拉伸试验、室温冲击试验和硬度测试, 对该低温再热器的材料状态进行了评估。结果表明: 该低温再热器的SA-210C钢运行管显微组织正常, 未发生球化; 15CrMoG钢和12Cr1MoV钢运行管分别发生了倾向性球化和轻度球化, 但其各项力学性能指标仍均能满足相关标准技术要求, 且处于较高水平; 所以该1号锅炉低温再热器材料目前整体状况较好, 能够满足正常工况下安全运行的要求。
Abstract
The material property state of low-temperature reheater of No.1 boiler of a power plant which had serviced at overtemperature for a short time was assessed by means of metallographic examination, room temperature and high temperature tensile test, room temperature impacting test and hardness test. The results show the microstructure of SA-210C steel operating tube was normal and had no spheroidizing sign. Although the microstructure of 15CrMoG and 12Cr1MoV steel operating tubes appeared slight spheroidization, the mechanical properties of them fully met with the related standards requirement. So low-temperature reheater materials were in the relatively good condition at present, and they could satisfy the requirements of safety operation under the normal working situation.
