Welding Shape and Microstructure of TA15 Titanium Alloy Welding Joint Welded by Electron Beam
摘 要
对TA15钛合金厚板采用电子束焊接, 研究了焊接速度为400 mm/min和600 mm/min的工艺条件下的焊缝形状、显微组织以及接头的显微硬度。结果表明: 提高焊接速度, 焊缝显微组织变得细小、均匀, 热影响区收窄, 接头上下部位显微硬度值更为相近, 曲线也较陡直。
Abstract
TA15 titanium alloy thick plate was welded by electron beam welding under 400 mm/min and 600 mm/min welding velocity. Two different welding shapes, microstructure and microhardness of the welding joints were analyzed.The results showed that higher welding velocity resulted in the finer grain size, narrow heat affected zone and similar steeper microhardness curve.
