Failure Analysis on Sealing Elements of Valve Made of Steel
摘 要
通过宏观和微观检验, 结合能谱分析对阀门密封件泄漏的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 密封件表面产生锈蚀, 主要原因在于表面层铬含量偏低, 同时密封件表面存在有机物附着, 最终导致阀门密封性能下降。最后根据GB/T 24919-2010提出了相关建议。
Abstract
Leakage reason of sealing element of a valve was analyzed by means of macro and micro examination, combined with energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that there was rust on the seal surface, the main reason lied in low Cr content on surface layer, at the same time, seal surface attached to existing organisms, eventually leading to the value seal performance decline. Finally some suggestions were brought forward according to GB/T 24919-2010.
