Comparison Analysis of Galvannealed Bake-hardenable Steel Sheets Produced Domestically and Abroad
摘 要
对国内外生产的合金化热镀锌烘烤硬化钢板系统地进行了实物对比分析, 主要从基板化学成分、力学性能、镀层粉化量、镀层质量、镀层铁含量、镀层铝含量、镀层主要元素分布、镀层表面形貌、镀层脆性断口形貌、镀层X射线物相组成和镀层表面粗糙度等方面进行了系统的对比分析。指出国内合金化热镀锌烘烤硬化钢板生产应在基板化学成分、镀层质量控制和镀后冷却速率控制等方面进行改进, 以便生产出强度、镀层抗粉化性能等各项性能均优良的合金化热镀锌烘烤硬化钢板。
Abstract
The characteristics of galvannealed bake-hardenable steel sheets produced domestically and abroad, such as substrate chemical compositions, mechanical properties, coating powdering amount, coating mass, coating iron content, coating aluminium content, coating main elements distribution, coating surface morphology, coating SEM brittle fracture morphology, coating XRD phase compositions and coating surface roughness, were compared and analyzed. The results indicate that the substrate chemical composition, coating mass control and the cooling rate of the steel after galvannealing should be improved to get better galvannealed bake-hardenable steel products with good strength, powdering resistance and other properties at home.
