Determination on Intergranular Corrosion Crack of S32101Duplex Stainless Steel
摘 要
美标材料ASTM A240UNS S32101双相不锈钢板按照标准ISO 3651—2: 1998中的方法 A(16%硫酸—硫酸铜法, 16%为质量分数)进行晶间腐蚀试验后, 弯曲受检面处出现裂纹, 对空白对比试样实施冷弯后也发现裂纹, 难以判定是否为晶间腐蚀所造成的裂纹缺陷。利用金相方法对裂纹形貌进行观察, 并结合力学性能测试和化学成分分析, 得出弯曲受检面产生的裂纹不是晶间腐蚀所造成的裂纹。
Abstract
Crack was identified in the bend surface after intergranular corrosion test was done on ASTM A240UNSS32101duplex stainless steel in accordance with test method A(16%sulfuric acid/copper sulfate test)of ISO 3651-2: 1998;and crack was also identified when cold bending was done on the blank comparision specimens.It was hard to determinewhether the crack was caused by intergranular corrosion.The crack appearance was observed through metallographic testmethod, and it was concluded that the crack at the bend surface was not caused by intergranular corrosion.
