Fracture Analysis of Bolt for Changeover Portionof Combustion Engine 9FA
摘 要
某国产9FA 燃机过渡段用螺栓在运行较短时间后发生断裂。采用化学成分分析、力学性能测试及金相检验等方法对螺栓断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明: 由于螺栓螺纹边缘部位凹凸不平造成大量的应力集中而形成微裂纹, 在不断的热循环过程中, 受热应力的作用微裂纹不断地扩展, 直至剩余截面不能再承担负荷而导致螺栓的断裂。
Abstract
The home bolt for changeover portion of combustion engine 9FA was fractured in a short timerunning.A comprehensive analysis to find the fracture reason which was based on chemical composition analysis, mechanical property testing and metallographic examination was made on the bolts.The results showed that theroughness edge of bolt screw thread made stress concentration and caused to micro-crack.The micro-crack extendeduntil the residual cross-section could not subject to the load and then made to fracture that caused by hot stress in thecontinuously hot recycle process.
