Application of Alternating Electromagnetic Field Technique in Inspection for Fillet Weld between Tube and Tubeplate of Condenser
摘 要
凝汽器的换热管与管板连接焊缝处存在缺陷造成泄漏将严重影响生产。介绍了焊缝表面交流电磁场检测技术的原理、方法, 制作了对比试样并进行了测试分析, 通过讨论缺陷影响交流电磁场检测信号的变化规律, 对缺陷和交流电磁场信号之间的对应关系进行了分析和研究。实际检测结果表明: 采用交流电磁场技术检测凝汽器换热管与管板连接焊缝缺陷是可行的。
Abstract
The leakage caused by the flaws in fillet weld between tube and tubeplate of condenser will affect seriously chemical industries production. The principle and technology of alternating electromagnetic field technique to inspect the weld surface was introduced, the contrast samples were made and tested. Through analysis on effect and regularity of flaws on alternating electromagnetic field signal, the relationship between the flaws and characteristics of alternating electromagnetic field signal was analyzed and studied.The results showed that it was feasible to inspect the flaws in fillet weld between tube and tubeplate of condenser by alternating electromagnetic field technique.
