Measurement of Residual Stress in Turbine Blade of Nickel Base Directionally Solidified Superalloy
摘 要
利用LXRD应力分析仪对镍基高温合金定向结晶叶片进行了应力测定。测定应力过程中不需要事先精确知道d0, 只需改变空间方位角χ和φ, 测量同一晶面族的不同晶面的晶面间距, 计算得出试样的残余应力, 从而消除了传统应变测定方法中无应变状态下晶面间距不准确对结果所带来的影响, 精简了应力测定步骤, 可满足工程实际应用需要。
Abstract
The stress states of turbine blade of nickel base directionally solidified superalloy were measured by LXRD. The exact value of d0 was not necessary in the process of stress measuring. It could be applied in the practical engineering that the stress were solved through measuring crystal plane spacing of different crystal planes which belonged to same crystal plane fancily by simply changing space azimuth angle χ and φ, which not only eliminated the effect of the inaccuracy of crystal spacing with no stress loaded in traditional measuring method, but also simplified the measurement steps.
