The Selection of the Double Crystal Probe in Ultrasonic Testing
摘 要
双晶纵波探头在超声波无损检测中应用广泛,因此有必要建立一个可供选择双晶探头的数学模型。根据斯涅尔定律和惠更斯原理,结合超声波声束截面上的声压差模型,建立起一个选择双晶探头的有效数学计算公式,以便用来有效地识别缺陷体的回波信号。通过对比平底孔反射回波信号的试验数据,验证了双晶探头选择的数学计算公式的正确性。
Abstract
Double-crystal P-wave probes in the ultrasonic nondestructive testing are widely used, therefore, we need to develop an alternative mathematical model of double-crystal probe.Based on Snell's law and the Huygens principle, and combined with the sound pressure difference model of beam cross section, an alternative mathematical model of double-crystal probe is established to be used effectively to identify defects in the body echo signals. By comparing of the experimental data with the flat bottom hole echo signal, the correctness of the mathematical model of choice of the double crystal probe is verified.
