Effect of Separately Magnetizing Structure on Leakage Magnetic Field of Pipe Corrosion Defect
摘 要
针对石化工业地面管道设计出一种检测结构,该结构采用多个分离式励磁结构组合的形式,可以通过调整各励磁结构之间相对角度,满足不同管径的检测需要。通过有限元分析计算,确定合理的结构间距,并依此结构,分析得出缺陷的漏磁场特征及励磁结构间相互影响:励磁结构数量增加后,无论是中间结构还是两侧结构的漏磁场都有所增强,且中间结构的增加量大于两侧、两侧结构的增加量相等。采用试验模型对有限元分析结果进行了验证,试验结果与有限元分析结果基本相符。
Abstract
In this paper, a separately magnetizing structure for ground pipeline in petrochemical industry was designed, each unite could be combined and adjusted relative angle to meet the requirement for detection of pipes with different size. 3D numerical model was set up in order to determine the reasonable structure gap of each unit, and the interference of each unite produced was concluded: because of number of units were added, MFL of defect was enhanced for whether mediate unit or sideways unit, and the enhancive rate of mediate unit was greater than sideways and two sideway units have the same enhance. Finally an experiment was established to verify the numerical results and experimental results were coincided to numerical results well.
