Application Evaluation of Eddy Current Inspection Technology of Nuclear Power Plant Steam Generator Tubes Using CIVA Simulation
摘 要
研究了CIVA仿真平台对核电站蒸汽发生器传热管涡流检验技术的应用评价。主要利用CIVA仿真平台,对蒸汽发生器传热管检验中所使用的标定管典型人工缺陷进行了涡流检测仿真,并对比了仿真模拟结果与实际检测结果,以验证该技术的可靠性与稳定性。
Abstract
This paper studied the evaluation of eddy current inspection technology for nuclear power plant steam generator tubes using CIVA simulation. It conducted CIVA eddy current inspection simulation on several typical artificial discontinuities of calibration tube which served in the ET inspection of steam generator tubes, to test and verify the reliability and stability of the system based on the comparison of simulation and experiment.
