The Key Technology Discussing of JB/T 4730.11 Digital Radiography Standard Setting
摘 要
为在特种设备行业推广和应用射线数字成像检测技术。提高特种设备检测效率、降低检测人员的工作强度、减少环境污染,提升特检行业的无损检测水平,必须掌握先进的数字成像检测技术,制定相关的检测标准。以下是标准制定的几个关键问题:① 标准包含的射线数字成像检测系统及其内容。② 数字成像与胶片照相像质评价指标的区别。③ 数字成像与胶片照相像质的等效问题。④ 数字成像技术应用应关注的其它问题。
Abstract
In order to popularize application of digital radiography technology in the special equipment field, and promote the special inspecting level in nondestructive testing industry, improve the efficiency of special equipment inspecting, and reduce the inspecting complexity for staff, and decrease environmental pollution. The advanced technology of digital radiography should be masted and the relevant testing standards should be established. Some key technologies of standards setting include: ① The components of digital radiography system in standards. ② The differences of image quality evaluation between digital radiography and film radiography. ③ The consistency and equivalence between digital radiography and film radiography. ④ other technologies should be concerned in digital radiography.
