Babbitt Alloy Steel Composite Layer's Ultrasonic Testing Technology Discuss
摘 要
巴氏合金钢复合材料是由巴氏合金与钢复合而成。复合方法主要有轧制、焊接和浇铸,在一般工厂中主要采用离心浇铸和平面浇铸。复合层质量主要指钢与巴氏合金界面结合的好坏,未结合和结合不良,往往会造成燃轴,甚至断轴的重大事故。因此,检测复合层质量是很重要的。目前,无损检测复合层质量主要采用超声纵波反射法。使用已有的标准,结合产品的具体技术条件和使用情况,用超声检测复合层的质量,基本上能满足产品使用要求。
Abstract
The Babbitt Alloy Steel composite material is compounded by Babbitt Alloy and steel. The composition techniques are mainly rolling, welding and pouring burning. In the common factory, centrifugal casting and plane casting are acceptable by most mills. The quality of composite layer means the degree of binding of steel and the interface of Babbitt Alloy. The bad quality always cause axis burning, even broken. Therefore, composite layer inspection is very important. At present, longitudinal wave reflection method in ultrasonic testing is recognized widely. It can meet the application requirement basically provided that the exiting standards and products specification are reviewed and the quality of composite layer is inspected by ultrasonic testing.
