Study on Assessment Techniques for ICT Scanner Spatial Resolution Measurement
摘 要
介绍了工业CT系统空间分辨力的测试方法,研究了扫描参数对CT系统空间分辨力的影响规律。采用直接、间接测试方法分别测试了三套工业CT系统的空间分辨力。结果表明,在相同试验条件下,直接测试方法的测试结果要明显高于间接测试方法。最后,对试验结果及测试方法之间的等效关系进行了探讨。
Abstract
This paper represents the subjective method and objective method, which were dedicated to the assessment of spatial resolution in CT system, and analyses the influence rule of scan parameters on the spatial resolution of CT image. The comparative study of the two methods was carried out in 3 ICT systems under the same condition, and it was found that the test result of subject method was significantly higher than the result of object method, and then the test result and relationship between two methods was discussed.
