The Influence of Stainless Steel Cladding of Nuclear Components on Ultrasonic Examination
摘 要
分析了核设备不锈钢堆焊层对超声波检测的影响,即:不锈钢堆焊层为粗大的柱状晶粒,超声波衰减较大,会造成检测灵敏度下降;超声波在堆焊层内部和结合面上会发生声束偏转,造成缺陷定位偏差;由于堆焊层的影响,容易形成伪缺陷显示。提出了克服不锈钢堆焊层影响超声波检测的相应方法,如制作对比试块、缺陷定位修正及伪缺陷的识别和分析等。
Abstract
The influence of stainless steel cladding on ultrasonic examination was evaluated particularly in this article. It mostly includes following three aspects: Coarse grain of stainless steel cladding brings larger acoustic attenuation and decreases ultrasonic examination sensitivity; Beam distortion leads to big defect position error; And it is easy to form false defect due to cladding. Therefore, many methodologies were put forward to overcome the influence of cladding on ultrasonic examination, including for instance, making reference block, correcting defect position, and distinguishing and analyzing false defect.
