Application of Acoustic Vibration Technique in the Strength Testing of Post Insulator
摘 要
声振检测反应的是部件的整体强度信息,检测时间短,动作简单,可以利用绝缘杆在法兰部位进行声振检测作业。笔者从理论着手,首先建立绝缘子的模型,用ANSYS软件对支柱绝缘子进行模态计算,通过设置缺陷,对比支柱绝缘子良好与缺陷状态下的模态信息,分析声振检测技术在支柱绝缘子强度检测中应用的可能性。
Abstract
Acoustic vibration detection is the scope of an acoustic nondestructive testing and also belongs to the scope of modal testing and analysis. Because the reaction of acoustic vibration detection is the overall strength of the components, the detection time is short and action is very simple. One can use insulated rod to do detection by touching the flange parts of the post insulator. First the model of insulator was established and then ANSYS software was used to calculate modal information. By setting the defects and by the comparison of modal information of post insulators with and without defect, one can analyze the feasibility of the acoustic vibration testing technology in the application of the post insulator intensity.
