The AUT of Submarine Pipeline Girth Weld with Corrosive Resistant Alloy Layer
摘 要
耐蚀合金(CRA)焊缝的特殊材料特性,使得自动超声检测(AUT)对其的检测应用存在较大的困难,为了解决此难题,开发了新的AUT检测工艺,并对其进行了评定与检出率(POD)分析.结果表明:该工艺符合DNV-OS-F101附录E的要求,实现了AUT检测在CRA焊缝中的成功应用.
Abstract
CRA(Corrosive Resistant Alloy) welds have special material property which makes the application of normal AUT technique difficult,and hence the radiography testing becomes a main method for CRA pipeline inspection.New automatic ultrasonic techniques are being developed and successfully applied in CRA welds.An extensive AUT-CRA qualification program has been utilized to confirm that the proposed CRA inspection method meets the quality standards and requirements of DNV OS F101 Appendix E.This paper addresses the new CRA-AUT inspection program and qualification results of POD analysis.
