毛细管电泳-间接紫外法测定饮用水中草甘膦、草铵膦及其代谢产物
          
Determination of Glyphosate,Glufosinate and Their Metabolites by Capillary Electrophoresis Combined with Indirect UV Detection

摘    要
提出了毛细管电泳-间接紫外分析方法测定饮用水中草甘膦及其代谢产物氨甲基膦酸、草铵膦及其代谢产物3-甲基磷酸亚基丙酸.样品与25 mmol·L-1乙酸铵溶液混匀后,采用SAX型固相萃取小柱提取待测物.洗脱液经毛细管电泳分离,以o-磷酸基-DL-苏氨酸为内标物,紫外检测波长为214 nm.草甘膦、草铵膦、氨甲基膦酸和3-甲基磷酸亚基丙酸的线性范围为0.10~20.0 mg·L-1,检出限(3S/N)分别为0.22,0.30,0.18,0.03 mg·L-1,加标回收率在82.1%~108%之间.

Abstract
A method of capillary electrophoresis combined with indirect UV detection was developed for the determination of glyphosate,glufosinate,and their metabolites (aminomethylphosphonic acid and 3-methylphosphinicopropionic acid). The sample was mixed with ammonium acetate solution of 25 mmol·L-1 and the target compounds in the mixture were extracted with SAX cartridge solid phase extraction column. The eluent was separated by capillary electrophoresis with o-phosphate-DL-threonine as internal standard. UV detection was made at the wavelength of 214 nm. The linearity ranges of glyphosate,glufosinate,aminomethylphosphonic acid and 3-methylphosphinicopropionic acid were 0.10-20.0 mg·L-1. The detection limits were 0.22,0.30,0.18,0.03 mg·L-1,respectively. Recovery rates measured by standard addition method were in the range of 82.1%-108%.
